Shipping costs will be shown before checking out and are based on real-time pricing based on weight with quotes from USPS and UPS. You can choose from several shipping options before checking out.

We also ship to international locations. We ship promptly. We will send you an email you once your order is shipped.

Payment & Check Out:

We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. We provide secure online checkout. Vivian's Fashions does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Vivian's Fashions is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to vivian@viviansfashions.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line. Vivian's Fashions does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Return Policy:

Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Please notify us any reason for return as soon as possible. We will make exchanges or refund your money for merchandise that is not satisfactory. Alterations and custom-made products are not refundable. If the problem was not our error, then you must pay for return shipping. Returned items must be in new condition (i.e. not worn). Worn clothing cannot be accepted for exchange.
