Shipping costs will be shown before checking out and are based on real-time pricing based on weight with quotes from USPS and UPS. You can choose from several shipping options before checking out.

We also ship to international locations. We ship promptly. We will send you an email you once your order is shipped.

Payment & Check Out:

We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. We provide secure online checkout. Vivian's Fashions does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Privacy Policy:

Vivian's Fashions is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to vivian@viviansfashions.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line. Vivian's Fashions does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Return Policy and Guidelines:

To Return for Exchange:
To exchange for another size, please send shipping fee for the new item. (Please contact us and we will advise shipping fee for you). Payment can made to our PayPal account: vivian@viviansfashions.com, using a credit /debit card or paid with money order or cashier check to Vivian's Fashions together with the returned items.
To exchange to another style, please return the items. We will refund the product fee back to your bank once we receive the returned merchandise. At the same time, please go ahead and order the items that you want from our store.

To Return for Refund:
To return for credit, please return the item, we will credit the purchase price back to your bank account. *Note: There is 15% restocking fee. Exchange are not subject to the restocking fee.

Note:
All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.Claims for any damage must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise and
all items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request is required.
15% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. No store credit is issued after 15 days upon receipt of merchandise. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
It is the customer’s responsibility return the products to our facility for exchange.

Chargeback & Credit card fraud:

Not Paying for goods you ordered is fraud. Fraud will be reported to FBI for investigation and prosecution.You are responsible for all legal and chargeback fees.
