This beautiful polka dot prints on a very fine silk fabric, two layers dress. Drawstring on hem. Empire line with gathers and pleating. Trimming on upper shoulders and neckline. Front neck has ruffles trims. Puff sleeves, bow ties on sleeves. Back zipper opening.
